Some finished, some started… many forgotten – none frogged
So. My Juniper. I got some more yarn and was able to finish it in no time 🙂 This pattern is truly awesome! The technique is weird but fun and it sits so so well! While i was waiting for yarn for this one – i actually knitted another Juniper in two colors from some leftover alpaca yarn.
But my Juniper is Sunshine was knitted top-down inside-out. Am not a huge fan of purling – with gritted teeth and a hard squint maybe.. but as this knit was just as easy to modify to be knitted inside out – i took the easy way out. And for sure! I will knit this shirt a third time one day – maybe with a turtle neck and longer sleeves? some lace in the hem? maybe maybe
But.. then i did start a huge stack of new once – to get some of the older once finished i downloaded this app into my phone that picks up a project for me.. everyday i would have a change to keep it interesting. But more about that in another post.. 😛
Battle plan for the forgotten threads
Let’s just burn this list. I have a Granito, Lightweight Pullover, Float, Snowdrop, Lanes, Op Art Shawl, Light Rain, Hay, Autumn Forest, Danzig and then some.. on the go 😀 – but the app is a huge help in keeping up the interest as a sweater / shawl knitted in 3-4mm is so tedious it can feel like you can knit for days and make little to none progress 😛
